It’s with pleasure, that we are going to have Butch guesting in our studio in November 25-26. Butch was the first Tattoo Artist who I worked with who could draw, who was an artist. He knew how to run a tattoo studio, as I don’t believe a tattoo studio can be run for real if the owner is not a tattoo artist, as all they care about is the money. Butch only had real artists in his studio, I still respect him to this day as he taught me how to be an artist. I didn’t draw enough when i first met Butch, and he made me understand how important it’s to draw as a tattoo artist. You will not be able to deal with the human body if you don’t draw, and as a tattoo artist, you will have to deal with the human body some day, having to link an image to another image, between 2 parts of the body. So I have time for people who are genuine, that’s why I’m looking forward to see him. A lot of artists who worked with Butch gave up on him, as they couldn’t cope with him being tough, however, I’m glad I went until the end and it worked out, I feel like I went to the army and I passed the test.
